Corona infection was confirmed in 170 people in one day and the number of infected people reached 1,212

The number of corona cases in Nepal has reached 1,212, according to the Ministry of Health and Population. In the last 24 hours, an additional 170 people have been confirmed to have corona infection, the ministry said. 

At a regular media briefing organized by the ministry on Friday, spokesperson Dr Vikas Devkota said that the number of infected people had reached 1,212.
