Doctors at the Ministry of Health with a demand for action against the culprit
Doctors of Nepal Medical College in Jorpati are going to the Ministry of Health and Population demanding action against the accused.
Stating that no action has been taken against the culprit even on the eighth day of the incident, they are going to the Ministry to meet Health Minister Bhanubhakta Dhakal. As pressure for action, the president of the National Medical Student Association, Dr. Sujan Kadaria said.
Beating the doctor, deleting the CCTV footage of the hospital, action and jail with out will will be put before the Minister. Kadaria said. Doctors have said that the agitation will continue till the culprit is brought to book.
Doctors across the country, including doctors of Nepal Medical College, have been protesting for the eighth day demanding action against the perpetrators. They say they can't work in the service without being safe.
After the patient died during the treatment on June 29, the relatives had assaulted the doctor involved in the treatment.
