Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Padma Aryal has handed over a new map of Nepal to President Vidyadevi Bhandari. She handed over the map published in the Nepal Gazette on Friday at the President's residence Shital Niwas.
On Friday, she also handed over the map to Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Speaker Agni Sapkota, National Assembly Speaker Ganesh Timlisana and Leader of the Opposition Sher Bahadur Deuba. On Wednesday, the Ministry of Land Management released a new political and administrative map covering Limpiyadhura, Kalapani and Lipulek, which were encroached by India.
