Kailali. Nepalis stranded on Indian soil have been repatriated from Gauriphanta without a health check-up.
Eighty-five Nepalis who came yesterday alone have been rescued. Although they were rescued and sent to the concerned local level, their health was not tested.
Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Kailali, Deputy Superintendent of Police Daksh Basnet informed that the test was not carried out at the border as the concerned local level would conduct the health check-up and keep them in the same quarantine.
They had been stranded at Gauriphanta for a long time after reserving buses from Mumbai, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana and Moradabad.
