Another 21 corona-free in Parsa, discharged from Gandak Hospital
In Parsa, 21 more people have been cleared of corona virus after treatment for Kovid-19 infection. Twenty-one infected corona patients at Gandak Hospital, which is run as a branch of Narayani Kovid Hospital, have been released. He has been discharged at night.

Thirty infected people, including six women, were treated in isolation and now nine infected people are being treated at the hospital.
Earlier, 72 corona patients admitted to Narayani Hospital have returned home after recovering. Eighteen people were discharged on Sunday and 43 on Monday.
In Parsa, throat swab samples of 3,080 people were collected and sent for testing, of which 2,955 have been reported. A sample of 100 people has been collected on Tuesday.
The Narayani Hospital with a capacity of 70 beds is vacant out of the 128 beds with isolation beds in Parsa for the treatment of corona infected. Sanitation has been carried out on Tuesday for the purpose of operating general services after the corona is discharged infected. Gandak Corona Special Hospital has isolation of 50 beds and Pokhariya Municipality has 8 beds. So far, 2,466 people have been tested for RDT.
535 in quarantine
A total of 532 suspected infected people, including 34 women and 498 men, have been placed in 29 quarantines in 14 municipalities of Parsa district. The suspects from India, who have been in contact tracing, swabs have been collected but no report has been received.
The total quarantine bed capacity in Parsa is 1265. Assistant Chief District Officer Lalit Kumar Basnet informed that 425 people were asked to stay in the home quarantine after the PCR test report came negative after completing 14 days in the quarantine.
