Businessmen of Kathmandu have opened all kinds of shops in violation of the lockdown.
Entrepreneurs have started opening shops saying that the business has collapsed due to the ongoing lockdown for the past three months.
Shops in New Road, Koteshwor, Boudha, Bhotebahal, Indrachowk and other areas of Kathmandu are open this morning.
Some merchants enter the store only after measuring the customer's temperature and allowing them to apply sanitizer.
He said that he was forced to reopen the shop due to a long-standing business problem.
Entrepreneurs have said that the shops have to be opened due to problems in paying taxes to the state, house rent, bank interest rate and salary allowance of the employees.
Police have returned some businessmen who had gone to open shops in Baneshwor, Maitidevi and other areas in the morning.
