Corona infection has been detected in six people from Baglung district
who came from India recently. A PCR test conducted at the Gandaki Public Health Laboratory showed a corona positive. His health condition is normal.
Two people in the quarantine of a school in Badigad village and four people in the quarantine of another school in Tamankhola village have contracted corona. Gandaki State Health Director Dr Binod Bindu Sharma confirmed the corona infection and said that it would be made public in a press release shortly. Preparations are underway to bring the infected to Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital for treatment. Recently, about 400 people from India have come to Baglung and stayed in quarantine.
